The Pioneer Woman Shares Her Easy Trick for Bouncy Red Curls

A Curl Tutorial from Ree Drummond

Ree Drummond is best known for her vibrant red hair and the television program entitled The Pioneer Woman on The Food Network which began in 2011. She first came on the scene with her blog, The Pioneer Woman, which documents Drummond’s daily life as a ranch wife and mother in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Drummond has become an icon in the food and home world and has now taken to social media to do some beauty influencing.

She posted an Instagram Reel video and in-depth tutorial on how to get some loose blowout-style curls. The video now has more than 1 million views and she explains her technique.

She prefers to start with semi-damp hair, then rolls the hair using large velcro rollers to provide volume. Then, once the hair is fully dry, she takes out the rollers one by one and uses a large-size curling iron to curl the hair as she goes.
