WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS IN THE HOW TO BE A REDHEAD SHOP?

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping when you spend $50+ shipping in our shop in the USA. At this time, we’re only able to ship merch items to Canada. We cannot ship beauty products internationally at this time. We are working to fix this and we thank you for your patience!

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping in our shop to the following countries for our merch items only:

  • Canada

Free shipping when you spend $50+ shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions regarding some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday

To ensure same-day delivery, the order must be placed by 10 AM EST

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Suppose delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. Please note: we are not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery that are beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or delivery carrier issues. If you experience any problems with delivery, please contact us at info@howtobearedhead.com, and we will assist you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT? 

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address and reship the package as soon as possible.

PROMO CODES

How to be a Redhead may offer specific promotional codes for discounts. Promotional codes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash, credit, or previous purchases. There is no cash alternative. Limit one promotional code per customer. Promotional codes are void where prohibited. Any promotional program may be terminated or modified by How to be a Redhead at any time at its sole discretion.

RETURN/EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with it for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please have a look below for more information on our return policy.

RETURN/EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT PROCESS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. It will be $7 USD to ship any items back to us. This $7 will be deducted from your total.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receiving your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. You can head to https://h2bar.loopreturns.com/ to track your return.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned, but the three custom items can be exchanged. The free merch items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You can head to https://h2bar.loopreturns.com/ to make your exchange selection.

For defective or damaged products, please get in touch with us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

PLEASE NOTE

While we understand that it may take a few uses to realize a product isn’t right for you, we will not accept returns or exchanges for any item where more than a quarter of the product has been used.

All returns are subject to validation and approval at How to be a Redhead’s discretion. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.

To return/exchange your new or gently “tested” online purchase, please note that any initial shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable. Important: all products must be returned in their original packaging.

We can provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label so you can send back your item(s). A $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund should you choose to use the pre-paid shipping label to cover shipping costs.

You can also send your returnable items back using a shipping method of your choice, if you like.

How to be a Redhead is not responsible for returned items lost during transit.

Once your refund has been approved, please allow 7-10 business days for it to post to your account.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use (“Terms”) and should be read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

H2BAR MEMBERSHIP (PREVIOUSLY THE DELUXE H2BAR BOX)

WHEN IS MY H2BAR MEMBERSHIP FULFILLED?

If you’re an H2BAR Member, you will receive shipments on the below dates (this is in addition to other perks members receive when part of the program). We will ship four times a year: March, June, September, and December. The exact shipping dates are below.

Spring Membership: March 15th
Summer Membership: June 15th
Fall Membership: September 15th
Winter Membership: December 15th

IS THERE A CUSTOMER PORTAL TO CANCEL MY H2BAR MEMBERSHIP?

Important: We cannot offer refunds for H2BAR Memberships. You can cancel before the renewal date at any time. Once the renewal is processed, your package will start processing and will ship to you. If you need help changing your address or changing a product for another, please email info@howtobearedhead.com anytime.

We do not allow returns for H2BAR Memberships.
