Ladies, as you know, being a redhead is fabulous! There is nothing like the show-stopping vibrant tresses we rock day in and day out. Although our hair takes front and center, our makeup is the accent. I am a self-confessed makeup addict, and I have a few staples that I do not leave home without.

Here are my five must-have ‘redhead friendly’ products:
1. Amazing Cosmetics Concealer
This is the holy grail for the fair complexioned. It is light enough to blend in (no yellow or orange hues here) with our natural coloring, but opaque enough to cover up any stubborn under eye circles or the errant blemish that tries to ruin your day! I wear the shade “fair” but they have a ton of shades for concealer, so there’s one for every skin tone. Bonus, it’s water resistant, so it has some serious staying power.
2. Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Pencil in ‘Caramel’
They say your eyes are the windows to your soul, but your eyebrows really help define the entire shape of your face. After years of searching, I found this brow pencil from Anastasia and it actually works with my fair skin and red hair! Even before I put on any other eye makeup, this brow pen gives great shape and definition without looking fake. This is a true ‘redhead friendly’ product!
3. L’Oreal Paris Voluminous Original Mascara
I have tried nearly every mascara on the market, and nothing beats this oldie-but-goodie for me. As a natural redhead, my eyelashes are (you guessed it) red. If I don’t get the right coverage on my lashes it looks weird and doesn’t create the beautiful look I’m trying to accomplish. A good mascara is huge in the world of a redhead. I have found this mascara to not only cover extremely well but also provides enough volume and length with a quick swipe. I try new mascaras when they hit the market, but I always come back to this one.<
4. MAC Cosmetics ‘Gingerly’ Blush
Not only is the name fabulous, but this blush is the perfect shade for redheads! It provides enough color to stand out, but not so much that it draws from the hair. It is also quite buildable, so if you want more color and a bit more drama, you can achieve that. This blush is beautiful and compliments a fair complexion wonderfully!
5. Fresh Sugar Rose Tinted Lip Treatment SPF 15
Ladies, this is hands down, the best-colored lip balm I have ever found. It’s luxurious and feels amazing on. It also gives a beautiful sheer amount of color to your lips which is perfect for every day. Lipsticks change with the outfit and event, but a good lip tint is a staple.
