1. Diet: Susan expresses how important diet is for everyone, especially redheads. She recommends organic foods, vegetables, organic meats and dairy. If you’re trying to cleanse dairy from your body, eat shiitake mushrooms and daikon.

2. Importance of a skin routine: Susan discusses how she doesn’t even spend that much time on her skin, but she has a skincare routine day and night. When asked about tips for people who do not have time for a routine, she says, “You need to reevaluate your life then. You need to give yourself a minute in the morning and at night.” Susan talks about the vast difference between her clients who take care of their skin and the clients who do not.
