Julianne Moore is an iconic redhead who never seems to disappoint on the red carpet. While attending the 71st Annual Cannes Film Festival this week, Moore broke two major redhead fashion myths –– and we loved every minute of it.

She stepped out in two controversial redhead colors: red and white.

For many redheads, red and white are two non-‘redhead friendly’ colors. Over the years (and displayed in the How to be a Redhead Beauty Book), we have debunked these myths. Why? It’s simple. Moore also stepped out in black — a classic redhead color for any occasion.
