H2BAR: How did you get into acting?
MS: Actually, I was acting long before I became acquainted with it as a career. My first experience occurred when I was four years old and I attended my older sister’s performance in Snow White. I was not in the play and I didn’t like being left out. So right at the beginning of the performance on opening night I rushed up onto the stage and jumped into the narrator’s lap just as the curtain was opening. I was determined to be part of the play! That determination led me from college graduate to full-fledged actress.

H2BAR: Favorite hair products to use on your red locks?
MS: My favorite hair product is DermOrganic Leave-In Spray Therapy. It’s an all-natural product that coats and protects my hair from sun damage and fading which is very important for us redheads to avoid. It keeps my hair healthy, shiny and naturally conditioned with argon oil.

MS: The one thing in my makeup bag I can’t live without is my Lancome Virtuose mascara in Black Carat. It richly enhances my lashes and makes my eyes pop.

MS: Of course! One of my favorite colors to wear is Mac’s Pro Longwear in A50. I love the deep brick red shade.
H2BAR: If we may ask, where do you get your gorgeous red hair done?
MS: At Point de Vue Salon by Muriel Mastey. She’s amazing!
