Conditioning is a must during the colder months because your hair can loose moisture causing it to frizz and tangle.
Apply a fair amount, but remember that deep conditioners can be a little heavy and if you apply too much your hair can begin to look dull. So, apply evenly from roots to ends and leave-in for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse.
If you apply heat the results will be even greater, because heat helps to open up the cuticle and the deep conditioner will fully penetrate into the hair shaft.
