Guys, Jessica Chastain‘s hair, makeup and dress were perfection at the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards. Redheads look the best in green, and she rocked it on the red carpet.
Her makeup was done by Kate Lee and hair was done by Renato Campora. Elizabeth Stewart, Jessica’s long-time wardrobe stylist, chose the Vionnet dress and Piaget jewelry.
Her makeup was Chanel through and through.
Skin: Although Chastain was indoors for most of the night, Kate Lee made sure to begin the look with an SPF. She chose Chanel Perfection Lumiere Velvet, SPF 15. To attain the dewy, fresh-faced look, Chanel Palette Essentielle in ‘Beige Clair’ #150 was then used. It is a versatile palette pack with multiple uses and effects.
Eyes: Chanel Illusion Ombre Velvet in ‘Melody’ #98 was the eyeshadow used. Then, it was complemented with a black liner, Chanel Calligraphie in ‘Hyperblack’ #65, and finished with Chanel Inimitable Mascara in ‘Noir’.
Lips: Like many makeup artists, the lip color is usually a blend of similar shades. Kate Lee first used Chanel LeCrayon Levres in ‘Bois de Rose’ #48 to line the lips, then filled it in with Chanel Rouge in ‘Coco’ #416.
Rock it like a Redhead!
