Stephanie was born and raised in Bedford, PA; but lived in VA for 10 years. There she served as a medic with the US Navy and is now a disabled veteran. Stephanie lives with her two beautiful teenage daughters, her “ginger” fiancée, and their two rescue dogs.

She grew up being teased due to her fiery locks. Neither of her parents had red hair. But, she learned to embrace being different and strives to help others find their own beauty. Both inside and out!

She attributes her awesome mutated genes to her Gram’s mother. And out of four generations, Stephanie, her brother and their two cousins are the only “chosen ones” to rock red hair.

Not only is she fortunate by being born with red hair, she was born lucky….literally! Her date of birth is 7/7/77 ! With that she has coined the phrase that she is “Sevenly Blessed” and always looks for the silver linings in life. She enjoys devoting her time to help others, creating her online blog @ 7lyblessed.com, and hopes to pursue writing endeavors in her future.

Stephanie discovered “How to be a Redhead” in October of 2016. She LOVES her monthly subscription box. It has allowed her to try new products and discover more must-have favorites for her beauty regimen. She is excited to come aboard (Navy term..lol) and share in empowering redheads to embrace their uniqueness and be proud to stand out.
