Halloween is almost here, and it’s time to start thinking about your redhead Halloween costume! It’s pretty easy to find redhead costumes for women, but what about our redhead guys? We gave you a few ideas in our original Halloween Costumes for Redhead Men post, but we’re back with even more:
1. Dexter from Dexter’s Laboratory
Maybe you were a fan of the show growing up, or perhaps you want something easy. For this look, all you need are a white lab coat, black pants and shoes, purple gloves, and some glasses.
2. Nigel Thornberry from The Wild Thornberrys
It’s another relatively easy costume perfect for a redhead with a mustache. A khaki outdoor shirt, green shorts, hiking boots, and tall socks will have you looking the part in no time. Accessorize with some binoculars and an adventure backpack.
3. Chucky
If you want to go the horror route, opt for maybe the most classic redhead Halloween costume of all…Chucky! There’s nothing more terrifying than looking like the lifesize version of a killer doll. Chucky costumes are pretty easy to come by, or you can craft your own with a striped shirt, overalls, and a little makeup for a scar. Don’t forget your (faux) knife accessory!
4. Chuckie Finster from The Rugrats
Instead of horror Chucky, you could opt for fun Chuckie with this Rugrats classic. You could go all out and replicate Chuckie’s iconic outfit, or keep it simple with a blue top and green shorts worn with red sneakers and purple glasses.
5. Phineas Flynn from Phineas and Ferb
Grab an orange-striped shirt and some blue jeans, and you’re all set. A Pinease costume could not be easier. If you’re headed out with a friend or partner, have them dress up as Ferb!
6. Roy Harper
If comics are your thing, this costume is perfect. Roy Harper is an iconic part of the DC universe. Choose from one of his three identities throughout comic history: Speedy, Arsenal, or Red Arrow. All three have fantastic costumes and bright red hair.
7. Guy Gardner
Green Lantern is another great redhead Halloween costume for comic lovers. Although historically played by brunette actors, Gardner is a redhead in the original comics.
8. Wheeler from Captain Planet and the Planeteers
Captain Planet and the Planeteers would make a fantastic group costume, or you could go solo as Wheeler, who has the power of fire! His costume consists of a blue planeteer shirt, jeans, a cargo jacket, and sneakers. You could accessorize with a planeteer ring!
9. Syndrome from The Incredibles
If you want to go the villain route instead, Syndrome is a great option. Keep it simple with a black-and-white S-shirt, or go all out with a cape, boots, and mask! You can even make it a group costume by adding other Incredibles characters!
10. Horatio Caine from CSI: Miami
For a simple and elevated costume, channel your inner crime scene investigator and go as Horatio Caine from the cult classic TV Show CSI: Miami. All you need for this look is a blue shirt, a black suit jacket and pants, and dark sunglasses.
