As a beauty writer, I love trying out new products to find out what works best for my red hair. I’ve been struggling with dry ends. My red hair is all natural and hasn’t been dyed since 2011. I don’t use a lot of heat and get haircuts every 4-5 months, and overall my hair is super healthy. It’s soft and only a little frizzy, but my ends always feel dry. I attribute this to having thick, wavy hair that I often air-dry.
So, my hunt started for something that would give my ends the boost of hydration I was needing. I decided to try incorporating a new hair mask into my routine, and let me tell you redheads…this is the one. Also featured in a past H2BAR Box, I think you will love this hair mask too:

Why I Love It
I was shocked at what this mask did for my red hair, especially since it was less than $15! I use it about once a week in place of conditioner and focus on the hair below my ears. I make sure to apply it as thoroughly as I can and even sometimes use a wide-tooth comb. Then, I twist it up into a bun and let it sit while I shave and shower. When I’m all done, maybe 5-10 minutes later, I wash it out and do my normal after-shower hair routine of leave-in conditioner and hair oil.
My hair is softer, has less frizz, and even on days I’m not using the mask, it just feels better. I’ve tried some other masks I’ve enjoyed like the Bondi Boost Miracle Hair Mask (also featured in a past H2BAR Box), but nothing beats the price and the power of my $13 Amazon hair mask.
Will you give it a try?
Rock it like a Redhead!
