1. Use oatmeal as a face cleanser
That’s right, you can use your favorite breakfast food to cleanse your face! You’ll want to blend or grind up some whole oats until they form a powder, then mix with warm water until you have a paste, and voila! You’ve got yourself an all-natural cleanser.

2. Use sugar for exfoliating
Sugar has been used as a natural exfoliator for years. Opt for brown sugar for your face and white sugar for less sensitive skin like your hands and lips. Simply mix with your favorite oil, we suggest coconut, olive oil, or vitamin E oil. Then use it as your regular exfoliant and wash it off with warm water.

Create a green tea mask to help reduce redness and inflammation. Mix together equal parts steeped green tea, honey, and baking soda to create a mask. Once it’s formed a paste, apply to the face and allow it to sit for up to 15 mins. Rinse off with warm water.
