Morgan is the Redhead of the Week!
“I grew up with a redheaded dad and brother, and now have a redheaded mother-in-law and sister-in-law. My husband likes to joke that I only married him for his genes and while it’s certainly not the only reason, I’ll admit it is a lovely perk,” Morgan shares with us.
“I’ve always enjoyed the originality of my hair. I have a relatively reserved nature, so it’s nice to have an outward characteristic that is a little more expressive. When I meet a younger girl with red hair, I try to be sure to acknowledge and celebrate it with her. It’s encouraging and fun to have a quick connection with other redheads. Wouldn’t trade it for anything! But even if I wanted to, my stylist says I’m forbidden from hair dyes!”
Also, Morgan admits that it doesn’t hurt how autumn is really Redhead Season.
“Redheads ALWAYS rock fall colors,” she says. “When taking the photo (main photo) of my hair in the leaves, the photographer commented on how well my hair color was reflected in the fall leaves all around us. As with any beauty and originality found in nature, red hair will always be something to acknowledge, embrace, and celebrate!”
