“When we’re younger, differences from others are sometimes viewed as flaws or weaknesses. Redheads are oftentimes picked on and teased as children because of their appearance. I believe this genetic variation from the rest of the world is the best gift that can be given,” Taylor shares.
“In addition to the color of hair, redheads are given the gift of being uncommon, the gift of standing out, and the gift of confidence. Sometimes this newfound realization happens at a younger age, and sometimes it takes a few years of hating your hair to fall in love with it. Regardless, being a redhead is more than a hair color… it’s a lifestyle, and I wouldn’t change it for the world!”
