Wondering what the hottest Halloween costume is going to be this year? We’re predicting Chappell Roan! Lucky for us, the singer’s signature red hair is just as iconic as her music. Chappell Roan recently won Best New Artist at the 2024 VMA’s, and her rise to fame isn’t stopping anytime soon. Roan’s over-the-top looks can be attributed to her seeing her stage persona as a form of drag. The pop icon appeared on Tiny Desk, a series of live concert videos hosted by NPR Music, earlier this year. The featured image above previews her outfit.
