Perhaps it’s your profession to be in front of the camera, or you have a special occassion in the near future. No matter what, you’re going to want to look good on screen or in photos. 1. Lighting: “When ‘on camera,’ it’s important to know if it will be a high definition opportunity and what the lighting will be. These two factors will determine the correct makeup application.”
2. For TV Camera: “For HD ‘on camera’ shoots, mostly all imperfections show. It is of the utmost importance to have your makeup look as natural and perfect as possible. Even if you need more coverage, it has to look like normal skin. The good news is that you can opt for newer HD formulas for foundation and powder.”
Redhead-Friendly Recommended Products: Makeup Forever and Smashbox HD Foundation. “They both work well to mask imperfections,” said DeMarco.
3. For Photography: “For photographic shoots using varying lenses, you can easily maintain a polished look depending on what the job calls entails. In either instance, you must see yourself on a monitor to check the lighting and how it will affect your appearance. Currently, I am working on the film ‘The Adderall Diaries,’ with James Franco and Amber Heard. We have to always check the monitor and lighting to make sure everyone is looking their best.”
Rock it like a Redhead!
