We love seeing redheads going above and beyond in their fields and think it sets the perfect example for young redheads that we can do anything. Recently, we interviewed Paralympic athlete and natural redhead Clara Brown on the How to be a Redhead Podcast. Clara is a Paralympian who will be competing in the 2024 Paris Paralympics later this summer. Here are some other redheads competing in the 2024 Paris Olympics for you to watch.
1. Aimee Pratt is an Olympic runner who is competing for Great Britain. She also competed in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
2. Alastair Chalmers is an Olympic track & field hurdler who is competing for Great Britain. This is his first Olympic games.
3. Alexis Lagan is an Olympic sport shooter competing for the USA. She also competed in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
4. Andrew Capobianco is an Olympic Diver competing for the USA. He previously competed in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics and won a silver medal.
5. Clara Brown is a 3X World Champion and in Paris for the 2024 Paralympics. She is also the 2nd guest on this new season of the How to be a Redhead podcast:
6. Daniel Coyle is an Olympic equestrian show jumper competing for Ireland. This is his first Olympic games.
7. Danielle Hill is an Olympic swimmer competing for Ireland. She also competed in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
8. Freya Anderson is an Olympic swimmer competing for Great Britain. She also competed in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics where she brought home a gold medal.
9. Frida Sanggaard Nielsen is an Olympic rower who is competing for Denmark. She also competed in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
10. Georgina Brayshaw is an Olympic rower competing for Great Britain. This is her first Olympic games.
11. Jean van der Westhuyzen is an Olympic canoe sprinter competing for Australia, alongside his redhead younger brother Pierre! He previously competed in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics where he received a gold medal.
12. Kelly Cheng is an Olympic beach volleyball player competing on the US Women’s Beach Volleyball Team. She also competed in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
13. Leyla Alev Kelter is an Olympic Rugby player for the US Women’s Rugby Team. She competed in the 2016 Rio Olympics, and the 2021 Tokyo Olympics and has already won a bronze in Paris.
14. Lubjana Piovesana is an Olympic judoka who is competing for Austria. This is her first Olympic games.
15. Mollie O’Callaghan is an Olympic swimmer competing for Australia. She previously competed in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics going home with two gold medals and one bronze. So far in Paris she has won two gold.
16. Nikoline Laidlaw is an Olympic rower who is competing for Denmark. This is her first Olympic games.
17. Pierre van der Westhuyzen is an Olympic canoe sprinter competing for Australia. He is the younger brother of redhead Olympian Jean van der Westhuyzen. This is his first Olympic games.
18. Sarah Mitton is an Olympic shot putter who is competing for Canada. She also competed in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
19. Sebastien Vigier is an Olympic cyclist who is competing for France. He previously won a bronze medal in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.
20. Tom Dean is an Olympic swimmer who is competing for Great Britain. He also competed in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics where he brought home two gold medals. He has won one gold medal so far in Paris.
