Who doesn’t love affordable ‘redhead friendly’ beauty products, especially when they come from the drugstore? Here are 10 of my favorite redhead drugstore products and why I love them:
1. Maybelline New York City Bronze and Contour Powder
I was a bit apprehensive of trying this bronzer, but I am so happy I did. This is one of the softest powders I have ever had in my collection. It is a super sheer product, which is nice because that means you can build upon it. Plus, there is a little bit of sheen to it so you have a smidge of glow to the skin!
2. L’Oreal Paris Unlimited Washable Mascara
L’Oreal has some pretty amazing drugstore mascaras. From the Voluminous Original Mascara to Lash Paradise Washable Mascara, you can’t go wrong. Personally, I have been obsessed with the Unlimited Washable Mascara. It is waterproof, which is nice if you have watering eyes or tend to cry often –– guilty over here! This mascara lifts the lashes and gives volume. Not to mention, you don’t need to worry about it ever clumping or flaking.
3. Murumuru Butter Eyeshadow Palette by Physicians Formula
This has been the most surprising drugstore purchase I have made lately. For less than $20, you get a beautiful ‘redhead friendly’ palette with pretty shades to wear all year round. The shades are buttery and blendable and never chalky.
4. Olay Mist Ultimate Hydration Essence Calming
You can get this spray for under $10 at the drugstore. It’s an ultra-lightweight mist that I like to use it throughout the day to keep my makeup looking fresh and dewy.
5. Neutrogena Non-Greasy Mattifying Face Primer Stick
If you have oily skin, you will want to purchase this product asap! Put this primer stick all over your face before you apply your foundation. It absorbs oil and helps with shine, along with blurring out the look of pores.
6. Jergens Natural Glow Daily Moisturizer for Body, Fair to Medium Skin Tones
This is a perfect gradual streak-free sunless tanner that also moisturizes the skin. Apply to dry skin daily to achieve optimal results.
7. Aveeno Positively Radiant Daily Facial Moisturizer With Broad Spectrum SPF 30
A hypoallergenic moisturizer with SPF 30. What more can you want in a face cream? Light enough to wear underneath makeup and buildable so you can apply throughout the day.
