Redeem Coarse, Damaged Hair
Women love to find and use hair products, but let’s admit it, it can get pretty expensive.
Opt for eggs for your next hair mask. Eggs are the best for hair growth and add shine to red locks because they are high in protein and it helps to make the hair follicle stronger.
The result? Fewer split ends and thick, strong hair.
1. Mix 2-3 eggs in a bowl until it is a lotion texture.
2. Apply throughout your hair and wash out after 20 minutes.
3. For overworked hair, apply the egg mask 1-2 times a week. For healthy hair, apply 2-3 times a month.
The best part? Eggs are natural and instead of stripping your hair with harmful products, it will add shine and even length!
HAVE A BALL!
By: Mary Fugle
The stability ball has been used since the 1960s for physical therapy and made its way into the fitness industry in the 1990s. For less than a $20 investment, this is a key piece of equipment to have in your toolbox!
The Red HOT Benefits:
1. Works the core in almost every exercise.
2. Improves balance, posture, body awareness, and coordination.
3. Reduces stress on the joints.
4. Works as a dynamic base of support when training with free weights, elastic tubing and medicine balls.
5. Can easily be positioned to give you greater range of motion than with many traditional exercises.
Sizing:
45 cm Redheads 5’2” and under
55 cm Redheads 5’3” – 5’5”
65 cm Redheads 5’6” and taller
Tips:
1. When seated on the ball, knees should be even or slightly above the hips.
2. The firmer the ball – the more difficult exercises will be.
3. For de-conditioned, overweight, mature, or injured gals, try using a larger, softer ball.
4. Favorite exercise on the ball are pushups! As you get stronger, less of your body is on the ball – a great way to build strength for a full, “guy’s” pushup!
5. Try using the ball in replacement of a desk chair, so you work your abs all day long!

RED HOT BEAUTY & FASHION TRENDS THIS WEEK
Spring is in full bloom and so your Red beauty & fashion must be too!
Adrienne: “I am loving products that when I apply, it instantly makes me feel extra beautiful. Philosophy‘s Coconut Scrub gets rid of yucky, dead skin and leaves me feeling soft without the use of harmful chemicals. Everyone knows that ‘Redhead Friendly’ colors are a must and that is why I chose YSL’s new line of nail polishes and Bare Escentuals‘ eyeshadow palette; they each compliment red locks perfectly. And, my favorite, favorite is Bumble & Bumble‘s Red Conditioner. It keeps natural and bottled red hair looking vibrant and shiny.”
Stephanie: “Simple and colorful is one of my favorite looks. Match some great accessories with any outfit and you are sure to wow the crowd. My advice is to invest in one go-to piece that will last you until the winter months arrive. Last year, I chose to buy an expensive pair of leather flats and I am still wearing them!”
