Is your hair oily on the top and dry on the ends? Use these tips!
Is your hair dry on the ends and oily on top? This can be frustrating for women who want to condition their hair and keep it healthy, but worry about the top of the hair getting too oily.
Here are top tips for your red hair:
For dry ends. Use a leave in deep conditioner (we love Redken Extreme Anti-Snap Leave-in Treatment). When you wash your hair, twist and rub the conditioner into your ends, brush it through a bit, then use a ceramic hair dyer to style hair. If your hair is terribly dry, use this regimen daily until you see improvement.
For oily hair on the top. Try brushing your hair hard before you shampoo because it will loosen up the skin on the scalp and bring the oil up, and then you can shampoo it all away. It is recommended that you shampoo twice and only condition the ends of the hair.
To regulate hair, take vitamin A, B2 and Zinc to balance the hair shaft.
With these tips, you’re sure to have beautiful red hair all year long!
