One of my favorite trends this summer is the “Caviar Manicure,” which was first seen in London and now can be spotted on the coolest fashionistas here in the United States.

So, what is it?

A Caviar Manicure features a topcoat of pearlescent, 3D beads that gives your nails a luxe look with terrific texture. It’s the hottest look right now and definitely on trend for this season’s oceanic, beachy vibe- a perfect look for redheads.

Keep these tips in mind when you take the Caviar plunge:

1. Tell Your Manicurist: When requesting a Caviar Manicure at your local salon, ask your nail tech for a short oval shape and coordinate the base polish color with the pearlescent topcoat for intense color.

2. Love to Do It Yourself?: If you’re a ‘Do It Yourself’ kind-of-girl, Sephora now offers Ciaté Caviar Manicure kits that offer gorgeous results. Make sure to add a top coat every day or every other day to keep the nail looking freshly manicured.
