Get Back on Track: Don’t Let an Exercise Break Ruin Your Routine
Get Back on Track: Don’t Let an Exercise Break Ruin Your Routine
By: Natasha Holler
Living a red life can be hectic – our bold personalities always throw us right in the middle of everything, and often we find we’re left with no time to ourselves! Unfortunately, that means that one of the first things we neglect is our health and fitness.
Whether you’ve taken your red roots on a vacation, moved to a new neighborhood, or needed some time to recover from an injury, falling out of your routine happens to the best of us. Don’t get discouraged; put your redhead determination to the test and use the break to your advantage!
With a short break, your sore muscles and joints will feel rejuvenated, so you’ll be ready to Rock it like a Redhead the minute you resume. Let your lapse help your motivation, too – instead of getting down on yourself because you haven’t been exercising, use that as fuel to light your fitness fire (and soon it’ll be as fiery as your hair).
Just be sure you don’t burn yourself out too quickly; by trying to run a half-marathon or going to back-to-back spin classes on your first day after a month off, you’ll set yourself up for failure. Remember to stretch, take your cardio slow, and reward yourself (in a healthy way!) for keeping a consistent fitness routine.
Most importantly, make sure you’re doing it for yourself, and not anyone else. You’ve already got the red advantage – no one else is as hot as a redhead – so make sure you’re focusing on wellness to keep living healthy and happy.

Despite the fact that you may have a glowing tan or be overly sun kissed, as you age your skin will backlash. As a redhead, I am somewhat pale and do not want to sit in the sun
Summer is fast approaching and there is much talk about the True Blood Season 4 premiere. One of its leading actresses, Deborah Ann Woll, one of How to be a Redhead‘s favorite redheads, is beautiful and knows how to wear her red hair. This is our favorite InStyle shoot she did last summer: Want her “warm, soft” look for
