Makeup Tips for Your Red Life:

Redheads look ravishing in warm hues and it’s a good thing because the makeup world is celebrating with gorgeous earth toned colors.
Here are a few “redhead friendly” products I recommend for your Red Life and Adrienne gives her “how-to’s” on when and how to wear it!
1. Liberte’ by NARS: A burnished apricot shade blush that will look amazing with your Redhead complexion.
Adrienne: “This color does look amazing on redheads. But, it has to be applied with deeper eyeshadows and mascaras. Make sure to not to choose purple/pinkish eyeshadows with this NARS product because it will clash.”
2. Lorac “Unzipped” Eye Shadow Palette: This gorgeous selection of shimmery earth toned shades will compliment the warmth of your fiery locks and make your eyes really pop, no matter what color they are!
Adrienne: ”This is a fantastic palette because every color is recommended as ‘redhead friendly.’ These tones look great with a smooth black eyeliner.”
3. Korres Mascara in Deep Brown: We Redheads love to darken our light lashes with mascara, but sometimes black can seem a bit too dark for our delicate coloring; so hooray for this Korres formula in deep brown that is the perfect shade to add drama in a believable way!
Adrienne: ”Brushes are especially important when you’re looking for a great mascara. I love strong brushes because they provide the best coverage.”
4. Yves Saint Laurent Radiant Lipstick in “Beige Caress”: This pretty and soft lip color is perfect for summer when a “just bitten” shade is the most alluring.
Adrienne: “This shade is fantastic and applies like silk! Match this with a great bronzer and mascara.”

5. Stila “One Step Bronze Skin Tone Illuminating Serum”: This serum by Stila offers a hint of bronze to our fair, Redhead complexions for a toasty and natural look.
Adrienne: “I’d apply this product on your cheek bones and temples or else you will over-do it.”
With these easy-to-wear earth tones, you will rock the earth goddess that you were always meant to be!

Hi there! I’m a natural redhead, but I’d like to go a little deeper red. I’m thinking nothing permanent, as I love being able to say, “yes – it’s natural!” Any recommendations on red enhancing shampoos? Or experience with a semi permanent?
