Products to Tame Your Red Tresses
Keep Your Hair Silky and Smooth All Summer Long:
By: Tasha, The Bay Area Style Guru
We redheads knows first hand that naturally ginger hair can sometimes be quite unruly and hard to handle. Here are a few of my favorite ‘redhead friendly’ products to tame your red hair at every step of your hair regimens:
1. Styling and Upkeep: When you have dry or damaged hair, styling can be a nightmare. But, you’re in luck because there is no better choice product (in my opinion) than Moroccan Oil. Simply use a few dab sizes of this oil before and/or after you apply heat to your hair. The naturally derived ingredients in the product are considered miracle cures for distressed and overworked hair and you’ll notice a difference immediately! Try the Moroccan Oil Control Serum for smooth styling and the Moroccan Oil Deep Hydrating Hair Mask for a bi-monthly indulgence.
2. Get Control: Blowing your hair dry with a blow dryer and known to be much better than using a flat iron; especially if you straighten your hair frequently. Redheads will love Chi Air Fire Red Ceramic Blow Dryer. Using powerful ions, this blow dryer will keep your ginger locks smooth and manageable without damaging a strand of hair.
3. Final Shine Tip: Once your ‘do looks perfect, use L’Oreal’s Elinet Finishing Spray for a strong all day hold that is also touchable and silky.
4. Treatments: Paul Mitchell’s Awapuhi Keratriplex Treatment vials are intense monthly treatments that will restore and revive your scarlet tresses to make every day a good hair day.
With these fabulous products, your fiery locks will truly be your crowning glory this summer.
