Carrot Oil to the Rescue!

By: Jennifer Haynes

Redheaded women! Those blood oranges! Those cherry bombs! Those celestial shrews and queens of copper! May they never cease to stain our white-bread lives with super-natural catsup.

The other day when I was shopping, I stumbled upon Carrot Oil Shea Butter. I have learned that there are many reasons why carrot oil is good for skin, especially natural redheads who have sensitive skin. This oil contains an abundance of vitamins B, D, and E, has anti-aging properties that work wonders and combats dry skin.

Sun protection is big in the redhead world and carrot oil works to fight against free-radicals and prevents skin from the sun. A lady once told me that she used it instead of sunscreen, but I wouldn’t bank on that…apply sunscreen as well. It also promotes gorgeous glowing skin due to high essential fatty acid balance.

Although it has many different benefits, I would be cautious as some people become highly sensitive to light  after using carrot oil but then again it also depends on the concentration.  You can find your carrot oil here!
