Think Pink for October
Think Pink for October

Hello wonderful redheads!
When I was living at home and would wear pink, my dad always told me how beautiful it looked with my hair. He would
also tell me that he loved it on my mom who is also a redhead!
As a little girl I always loved pink; it is a sign of femininity. It is the color of baby girls, roses and rosy cheeks. It is also the color of Breast Cancer Awareness Month- dedicated to increasing awareness of the importance of early breast cancer detection every October.
Here are some tips on how to wear your pink:
1) Hot pink heels to spice up an outfit.
2) A dark pink blazer over a lacy dress will dress up the outfit for work.
3) Pink jeans because colored jeans are in style right now.
4) Pink accessories, jewelry, headbands, etc.
This October, redheads must celebrate the color pink and remember one of my favorite quotes by the infamous Audrey Hepburn:
“I believe in pink. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and I believe in miracles.”
