The Beauty Benefits of Avocados!
Avocados are mother nature’s skin moisturizers. They are packed with healthy fats, phytonutrients, and contain more potassium than a banana. These key benefits make avocados essential for your health and skin- especially if you’re a redhead. So, why not make use of this healthy fruit, both in the kitchen and bathroom?
Here are two of our favorite ways to make use of avocados:
1. Avocado Facial Mask: Inexpensive and Chemical-free!
Blend 1 ripe avocado and about 3 to 4 tbsp. of plain yogurt.
Apply to your gorgeous fair face (make sure your face is cleansed and free of all make-up!).
Leave on for just about 20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
2. Avocado Cold Soup: Healthy and easy to make!
1 whole peeled cucumber
1 ripe avocado (remove pit)
2 tbsp coriander
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
½ probiotic yogurt
½ cup cold water
Handful of carrots (optional)
1-3 small ripe tomatoes (optional)
Put all in blender and hit that power button! Garnish with coriander and serve in a chilled bowl.
Redheads face skin obstacles daily, but these recipes will help regulate all of the problem areas- chemical free!
