Your Lips Need that Extra Va, Va Voom!
The snow continues to fall and our skin is protected with the use of natural remedies, but there is one area that is always suffering: our lips.
Until now! No matter how much medicated lip balm we would apply, by the end of the day our lips would crack and peel. It was also frustrating when we would apply matte lipstick and our lips looked even more chapped!
We discovered that you must exfoliate your lips in order for them remain healthy and strong.
This is what we do:
1. With a warm, wet washcloth, clean off your lips
2. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar (the sugar regiment is back!) with a natural oil- we prefer Vitamin E oil. The sugar will exfoliate your lips and the Vitamin E will replenish them.
3. Apply the concoction on your lips and move your lips up and down to rub in the mixture.
4. Rub your lips off with a washcloth
Our lips are baby soft and our lipstick looks as flawless as ever!
